1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any software or service provided by NexusAuth ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the user", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

NexusAuth provides software products including but not limited to game automation tools, extensions, HWID spoofers, and account services for various games. All products are licensed — not sold — to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

Access to each product is granted via a license key tied to a single hardware fingerprint ("HWID binding"). Sharing, redistributing, or reselling your license key without written authorization from NexusAuth is strictly prohibited.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our services. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) and Turkish Lira (TL). Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is processed through cryptocurrency (Cryptomus) or bank transfer (IBAN). Payments are final upon confirmation.
  • License keys are delivered digitally. You are responsible for storing your key safely.
  • Subscription durations begin at the time of key activation, not at the time of purchase.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our products and the fact that keys are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation, we do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Game updates that temporarily affect software functionality
  • Account bans incurred while using our software
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Inability to run the software on your hardware

If you experience a technical issue, please contact our support team before requesting a refund — we will do our best to resolve the problem.

6. Detection & Bans

Our software is regularly tested and marked with a detection status ("Undetected", "Detected", "Maintenance"). We do not guarantee that our software will never be detected by anti-cheat systems. Game developers update their anti-cheat software frequently, and detection status can change at any time.

NexusAuth is not responsible for any game account bans, hardware bans, or any other consequences resulting from the use of our software. You use our products at your own risk.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any NexusAuth software
  • Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense your license key without written permission
  • Use our software for commercial purposes without a valid reseller agreement
  • Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any HWID binding or authentication system
  • Use our services in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation

Violation of these terms will result in immediate license revocation without refund.

8. Reseller Program

Resellers operate under a separate agreement issued by NexusAuth. Becoming a reseller does not exempt you from these Terms of Service. Reseller agreements may be terminated at any time for any breach of terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and software are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NexusAuth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Netherlands.

1. Koşulların Kabulü

NexusAuth ("biz", "bize", "bizim") tarafından sağlanan herhangi bir yazılım veya hizmeti satın alarak, indirerek veya kullanarak, bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı tamamen kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu koşulların herhangi bir bölümüne katılmıyorsanız, hizmetlerimizi kullanmamalısınız.

2. Hizmetin Tanımı

NexusAuth; çeşitli oyunlar için oyun otomasyon araçları, eklentiler, HWID spoofer'lar ve hesap hizmetleri dahil olmak üzere yazılım ürünleri sunmaktadır. Tüm ürünler yalnızca kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım için size satılmaz, lisanslanır.

Her ürüne erişim, tek bir donanım parmak izine ("HWID bağlama") bağlı bir lisans anahtarı aracılığıyla sağlanır. Lisans anahtarınızı NexusAuth'un yazılı izni olmaksızın paylaşmak, yeniden dağıtmak veya yeniden satmak kesinlikle yasaktır.

3. Uygunluk

Hizmetlerimizi satın almak veya kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında olmanız gerekmektedir. Sipariş vererek bu gereksinimi karşıladığınızı onaylarsınız. Yaş kanıtı talep etme hakkımızı saklı tutarız.

4. Abonelikler ve Ödemeler

  • Tüm fiyatlar EUR (€) ve Türk Lirası (TL) cinsinden listelenmektedir. Fiyatlar önceden haber verilmeksizin değişebilir.
  • Ödeme, kripto para (Cryptomus) veya banka havalesi (IBAN) aracılığıyla işlenir. Ödemeler onaylandıktan sonra kesinleşir.
  • Lisans anahtarları dijital olarak teslim edilir. Anahtarınızı güvenli bir şekilde saklamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
  • Abonelik süreleri, satın alma tarihinde değil, anahtarın etkinleştirildiği tarihte başlar.

5. İade Politikası

Tüm satışlar kesindir ve iade edilmez. Ürünlerimizin dijital niteliği ve anahtarların ödeme onayının hemen ardından teslim edilmesi nedeniyle aşağıdakiler dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere hiçbir nedenle iade yapılmaz:

  • Yazılım işlevselliğini geçici olarak etkileyen oyun güncellemeleri
  • Yazılımımızı kullanırken alınan hesap yasakları
  • Satın alma sonrası fikir değişikliği
  • Yazılımı donanımınızda çalıştıramama

Teknik bir sorunla karşılaşırsanız, iade talebinde bulunmadan önce destek ekibimizle iletişime geçin — sorunu çözmek için elimizden geleni yapacağız.

6. Tespit ve Yasaklar

Yazılımımız düzenli olarak test edilir ve bir tespit durumu ile işaretlenir ("Güvenli", "Tespit Edildi", "Bakım"). Anti-hile sistemleri tarafından asla tespit edilmeyeceğini garanti etmiyoruz. Oyun geliştiricileri anti-hile yazılımlarını sıkça güncellemekte olup tespit durumu her an değişebilir.

NexusAuth, yazılımımızın kullanımından kaynaklanan oyun hesabı yasakları, donanım yasakları veya diğer sonuçlardan sorumlu değildir. Ürünlerimizi kendi riskinizle kullanırsınız.

7. Yasaklanan Kullanımlar

Aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

  • Herhangi bir NexusAuth yazılımını tersine mühendislik, derleme veya ayrıştırma
  • Yazılı izin olmaksızın lisans anahtarınızı yeniden dağıtma, yeniden satma, kiralama veya alt lisans verme
  • Geçerli bir bayi sözleşmesi olmaksızın yazılımımızı ticari amaçlarla kullanma
  • Herhangi bir HWID bağlama veya kimlik doğrulama sistemini atlatma, devre dışı bırakma girişimi
  • Hizmetlerimizi geçerli yasaları ihlal edecek şekilde kullanma

Bu koşulların ihlali, iade yapılmaksızın anlık lisans iptaliyle sonuçlanacaktır.

8. Bayilik Programı

Bayiler, NexusAuth tarafından verilen ayrı bir sözleşme kapsamında faaliyet gösterir. Bayi olmak sizi bu Kullanım Koşulları'ndan muaf tutmaz. Bayi sözleşmeleri, koşulların herhangi bir ihlali için herhangi bir zamanda feshedilebilir.

9. Garanti Reddi

Tüm hizmetler ve yazılımlar, açık veya zımni her türlü garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" sağlanmaktadır. Hizmetin kesintisiz, hatasız olacağına veya hataların düzeltileceğine dair hiçbir garanti vermiyoruz.

10. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, NexusAuth; hizmetlerimizi kullanımınızdan veya kullanamamanızdan kaynaklanan kâr, veri veya itibar kaybı dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuçsal veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

11. Koşullarda Değişiklik

Bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı istediğimiz zaman değiştirme hakkımızı saklı tutarız. Güncellenmiş koşullar, revize edilmiş bir tarihle bu sayfada yayınlanacaktır. Herhangi bir değişiklikten sonra hizmetlerimizi kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

12. Geçerli Hukuk

Bu koşullar, Hollanda hukukuna göre yönetilecek ve yorumlanacaktır. Herhangi bir anlaşmazlık, Hollanda'daki mahkemelerin münhasır yargı yetkisine tabi olacaktır.
